I have a KDC6090 MP3 player head unit, and lately the display keeps turning off (although the buttons all work fine, and the music still plays). I think its a dodgy connection somewhere, as when I press the front, the display comes on, then off again, then on again etcetera.....

Anyone any ideas? or do the terminals on the back of the pull-off front just need a good old clean?

Burr, on my old face-off there was a separate earth that was a lot larger. If there isn't one of those, get a cotton bud or something on the terminals. It worked for my old unit. Good luck
Nick.
