One amp or two - help!!
#1
What should I do?
I have two amps to use. The first is an Alpine MRV-F300 and the other is a Jetsound JS4095P. The Alpine is a 4 channel amp with 40W RMS and the JS is a useful sub-woofer amp at 2x200W.
Now I could just use the Alpine to power a sub and the front speakers, whilst using my head unit to power the rears or I could power front and rears from the Alpine and use the JS for a couple of subs.
What would guys do? Just looking for some suggestions.
Cheers
Andy

Personally I'd bridge the alpine to drive some decent front components, and the other amp to drive a sub in the back, and remove the rear speakers completely (unless you have a lot of rear passengers that like music).
This, to me, gives the cleanest sound, something which ios more important than sheer volume.
