Just wondering about the speaker setup in a p1, do they have a separate tweeter, just near the door handle? Or is that just there, so after-market ones can be placed there?

Also anyone know which of the Infinity Kappa component series (60.5cs or the 65.5cs) is a straight fit?

There's space for the tweeter, but no tweeter - after markets fit easily. I think both fit, but no doubt someone will confirm

 

Mine came with the optional JBL front speaker and tweeter setup.
I've since moved the tweeter from the door handle area to the small triangle bit behind the wing mirror. It's made a nice difference to the sound stage.

 

Cheers guys, am really after a stealth setup, as the car is loud, without sound coming into it!

P1 has got a separate tweater in the door. The changing of the front mount speakers FAQ I did a while ago will show them.
