MD/CD Receivers with changer control (1/2 din)

I've got a double DIN slot headunit controlling a Sony CD Autochanger (can't remember the model).
However i want to replace the head unit with a MD/CD Unit with changer control. Any recommendations? I'm thinking double DIN, purely so I don't have to mess with the slot (it's an MR2, not a scooby), but I know that there are some single DIN units kicking around now, but look quite fiddly.
