Default Double din

Hi all, I have a my99 turbo 2000 and I want to upgrade to a double din, I have done a search but I'm still non the wiser on what parts I need
I know how to fit the radio ect it's just the surround/facia i need

Can somebody point me in the right direction

You need a facia out of an import STI of similar year & the 2 mounting brackets, then I extended the wiring for bright switch etc & mounted in centre console did this with the P1

just fitted a sony 602bt last night in my 99 ra wasnt to hard a job the double din facia on the imports is a bit to small so you can either make it larger or set the double din back a bit with fixing brackets (as i done) so the facia fits.You can buy a harness for most makes of stereos that are simply plug and play.

couple of pics fitted,i cant remove front of the stereo due to front fascia being to small but i think it looks more factory finished the way ive fitted it.
