I need some advice,

I have just purchase a 2011 STI hatch with I think a Kenwood DNX4210DAB double din unit fitted, the unit is faulty and needs to be removed to be sent for repair.

I have purchased the Kenwood special removal tools and followed the advice on their website to remove the black plastic surround to get access to the slots that allow the unit to be removed. It suggested you hook the bottom corners and pull releasing the catch but I can't get bloody plastic surround off, anybody have any ideas

Found it, I needed to remove the trim and then I could get access to screws that hold the unit in
