I'm interested if it's still for sale, how much did you want for the whole lot? I'm in Bromley so could meet in London if you want.
Email me because I'll forget to look back at this post, my address is in my profile.
Cheers

WEll its a "Rockford" so you have to be carefull with their figures!! Rms 20 watts per channel!!!!! Mono at 4ohm is about 160 watts. Put it this way it had 2 x JLAUDIO 8W6's (which are dual voice coil subs running from it at it was great. These specs come from the "certificate" that comes with it. They are much more powerfull than you can imagine for their "published outputs"
Also the constructiomn is" better than the new ones..." The words of the guy who installs Rockfords own demo vans etc.

Good luck... To answer your question.. yes it can.It will push out around 200 watts. When I visited R/F I took my head unit (series one) to them for an upgrade.. The guy who is their number 1 tech and installs their show vans showed me around his "Lab" .I learnt 2 things... 1:Lots of people blow R/F subs as they pay them no respect!! 2: The quality of the very new stuff is not as good. In fact when you see the old ranges thay only changed the covers for 3 years!!!! They have a lot of fans ( customers)for the old stuff!!!

Have seen the Momo amp today. I know I want to sell mine!! but you should have a little think about it.The mono will always be a mono amp... The 40 could do some murder running a pair of components etc if you upgraded the sub at a later date. I had mine running a hard load with the JL's and it never got over hot etc. It is also better made. Well "Over engineered"
Your welcome to try it.
