Alloy tensioner bracket made by CDF
I made a prototype today , I does need "touching up" a bit , and I had a bit of a ding on this one but here we are,
I took some pics on the way
Designing on our new software :
The block 200x57mm
Facing off :
Starting to profile the shape :
Pocketing :
Chamfering :
Holes and slots :
Back face :
and wola :
Retail would be £45+vat for the kit
If we can get 10+orders on these I can do them for
£20+vat
Bolts/nuts are £7 in stainless (They are expensive because the long one is left handed .
Anodising any colour £4+vat
Delivery £4
Please put down what you need , these are newage brackets but will source a classic one out if we get the orders.
On another note, you will need to keep that standard part that bolts into the bottom of the long bolt as we are not making these yet, this parts sits behind the pulley and you cant see it
Thanks
