Default Harness Bars

Who would be interested? Classic to newage 2006

Professionally made, rose jointed + powercoated in a range of colours?

Early days but - anything you want to know please post here, need 10 people to get the ball rolling for a group buy within the next 2-3 weeks. No messing

Happy to answer any questions.

15/08

The whole process is turning into a bit of a nightmare after our prototype came back from powdercoaters with a different price then quoted and an absolute shocking finish. So yet another set back. we have one to show you - this is a prototype. We have no final 'fixings' and rose joints still to come and another powdercoaters to find...one thing after another at the minute..bear with us.

These are based on a custom bar made for a 2006 impreza, which fitted my classic fine. the old ends were like a 'fish plate' and quite thin. Ours have been re-designed and engineered from 3mm material, fully tigged and look far better qualitythen the custom one they are based on. We cobbled one together with temp fixings to show you guys what they look like. Will keep this thread updated - but i have no more info as this point

I'd go along with Beefy but cant justify more than £150 all included.

Thats cool. I have seen some installs where they bolt the harness to the floor (attached link) and IMHO it looks sh*te i prefer the ones you are describing

Looking good even though the finish isnt that good on the powdercoating. You could try CY finishings in Newbury they have done a couple of bits for me recently and they have been finished beautifully. They also rub down the weld spatters before powdercoating to make sure they looked perfect to avoid rough spots like this picture.

I can feel a purchase coming on!
