Are you quoting for the Fast Road (FS****A, £1575) or the Circuit/Track (RS07-****/*, £2375-2750)?

I was planning on purchasing the fast road set up in autumn. However, my location rules me out of fitting/geometry so i assume it's quite possible i don't qualify?

No posts on here for a while........ I'd be interested in a set. Have you had any other quotes from any others suppliers mate as a comparison ? Could you email me at rkelso@btinternet.com what exactly your getting quotes for, whats the full and group buy price, and where you have recieved your prices from ? I'm willing to travel anywhere for my kit....

Come on guys, anymore interest in arguably the best coilover setup in the county for your impreza !!!!

Cheers !

Ricky !

Right guys..... please show your interest as I have been talking to the guy who started this thread and he decided not to organise the group buy so I may take over if there is any interest. Havent got concrete prices as yet but waiting on email replies. Looking like just under the two grand fitted. Dont quote me on that but again when I get confirmed prices I will post them here. Please again show your interest as I would need 5 to get the group buy discount, and indicate where abouts you are in the country, and whether you would be prepared to travel far or not (might go with a particular supplier if its closer to more people). I think we could get supply only also (no fitting) if anyone's interested.

Cheers !

Sure there will be some interest mate (I'm interested), but you got to have exact prices, locations and costs for optional fitting (as some folks will want to fit themselves) before folks are going to commit. Chat to Paul at Zen or Mark at Lateral Performance and see what prices they can offer on 5 kits.

Mate, to really get interest you'll need to contact the supplier and ask them how much they'd charge assuming 5, 10, 15 etc.. orders, then relay that information to the SN users.

No one is going to commit to a blank cheque scenario!

Good luck with the GB.

They are worth the money at Full Retail price - why try and waste time trying to get a bargain on them? You wont regret paying the full price.

A deal is a deal, the suppliers need people out there to provide feedback on here as to how good their products are.

I.E. Whiteline.... loads of feedback = lots of sales.

IMHO

P.S. how soon ? ( LOL )

Yes I am, but I also value my time. 4 hours searching for a bargain or trying to round people up to get a bargain costs me more than just ringing up and saying 'I'll have them" with the work I can do instead.

Be all means try and get yourself a bargain but you will struggle on these. If you want cheap and cheerful get some other coilovers. If you want a system that does exactly what you want then buy these.

I have been running them for the past year and they are stunning. Perfect manners on A,B & C roads - in fact so much better controlled than standard that you will wonder why Subaru didnt put these on as standard. On track they are incredible too. The height adjusters are still easy to turn after a year as because they are easy to adjust it is easy to fine tune handling with the front and rear damper rates aswell as height.

Mine is the fast road version - seriously good in my opinion and also of anyone that has come out in the car with me either on road or track. It is softly sprung but really well damped so never feels harsh.

I've already explained to the GB originator that Exe-tc give a very small discount to their distributors, and even when I offered to buy ten sets at a time, they wouldn't drop one penny, so you won't get a big discount on the product.

However, for the money, it's the best you're going to get, and it can be tailored to individual requirements (spring, and damper rates) and is fully serviced in the UK.

Oh, and just look into how many of the top ten TOTB/Time Attack Evo, and Subaru's run it !!!

Mark.
