Following on from the popular group buy started by Jasonius and with recent interest from that thread here`s another opportunity to obtain these items from Carl Davey at the prices below as per the last group buy.

Carls Scooby Site ver.2

From Carl today:

I have stock of 15 Head Tank Insulator kits right now although I cannot guarentee those for the Group Buy as on average I sell 2 or 3 kits a week. However, it wouldn`t take long to get more made should the need arise. Prices as follows:

10 sets Header Tank Insulators - £12.50 including PayPal fees & Recorded Delivery (17% discount)
20 sets Header Tank Insulators - £10.50 including PayPal fees & Recorded Delivery (30% discount)


I have 13 pairs of Insulating Manifold Spacers on the shelf, 4x Phase 2 and 9x Phase 1. For those wanting to order Insulating Maniold Insulators with the Head Tank Insulators I could do the following prices:

5 sets - £75 including PayPal fees & Recorded Delivery (12% discount)
10 sets - £70 including PayPal fees & Recorded Delivery (18% discount effectivly a free pair of Insulators with each pair of spacers)
Both prices inclusive of PayPal fees and delivery.

It`s looking good, thanks everyone. Hopefully we`ll have a couple more on the list to make up the 10 then we can get things rolling before Carl goes away. So if anyone is thinking of adding their name do it soon then we can get things on the move.

It depends what you`ll want to do, hang on for the 20, it may take a while, or go with things as they are now and hopefully get your items before Carl goes away on the 19th.

There seems to be a little confusion with the amounts payable due to the numbers in the GB.

Head Tank Insulators only - £12.50.
Insulating Inlet Manifold Spacers & Head Tank Insulators - £75.00.
