Default HELLA TWIN SUPERTONE HORN KIT

I've been over to the NASIOC over the last few weeks, and came across these:
Hella Twin Supertone Horn

Compact horn with outstanding sound. Rugged black body with red protective grille. Comes with bracket for screw-mounting. Kit includes horns, relay, mounting bracket, and installation instructions.
Sound level
118 dB (!)

Does anyone know whether they can be legally used in the uk? If they can, I've been in contact with a supplier in the states who will do them for £47. That price is the cost of the units * 10, shipped to my address, but not including uk vat or customs duty. So who would be up for it, if they're legal, and the cost isn't too prohibitive?
chris.

Sorry si, I missed your post Let me know by pm if you've found anything, in the meantime, I'll call my contact again tomorrow.

I called the Hella stockist today, asked if they had these in stock, the man says "yes" I say, go check they're the red ones, he say, I'll call you back when I've done that. NO CALL BACK! WTF! What is it with companies these days, really pisses me off that, customer service is ****e in this country

Rant over, I'll call him back tomorrow

Called again today, twice! Still no definate answer on the type of unit they sell, although I suspect that they sell the "horn" type, that actually looks like a horn
I've mailed a picture and link over to them, should know tomorrow, so I'll post my findings then. Looking to me like PS13 has the right ones though.
