Will be keen to see how you get on and I'll consider it. Anybody have any prior experiences they can share with this outfit?

Yes i have had my STI done there twice, top job going there again (more mods) asap would highly recomend Chris really knows his stuff and the Dyno Dynamics rolling road is state of the art.
STI 8 Injen inlet, 3" exhaust, sports cat, fuel pump WRC map = 334bhp@6000rpm 345ftlb@3750rpm.
Now 3.5" APS exhaust no cat, APS front mount, Zerosports race thermostat, cap, cool rad, soon to have APS fuel rail system then remap will post on here results :-)

is the Ecutek for £499 + VAT like a remap, as mine is a 199 sti import, will it convert it to run on uk fuel better? or is this something different all together?

thanks Ian

got me car back today and all i can say is wow!!!! i could have never dreamed of sooooo much improvement to the cars performance!! would really recommend it to any one considering an upgrade, its made it a totally different car. Chris and Alan really know their stuff and were extremely helpful, highly recommend!!!!

The work i've had done:

- prodrive high flow cat
- afterburner cat pipe
- afterburner centre section and vortex exhaust
- Walbro 255l fuel pump
- APS induction kit
- Ecutek Remap

The car pulled 340 BHP @ 6000rpm and 345 ft/lb @ 4000rpm

Had a stupid grin on me face all day... long may it last!!

Thumbs up What was the cars standard bhp

Hi m8

340 BHP not bad - what was your cars standard BHP prior to mods.

Mines a 1998 JDM 300 bhp on 100 oct fuel and was running 330 bhp with a few minor mods (exhaust, filter, fuel).
With the standard ECU on.

Cheers Dawg

i did the upgrade in two parts, one garage did the exhaust and fuel pump a couple of days b4 and it went to another for the re-map and they stuck an induction kit on. i can only assume it was pulling the standard 265bhp b4 anything was touched. b4 the induction kit and remap was done it pulled 296bhp!
