Having bought a very nice alloy surround with leather gaiter, off S/net, it quickly became apparent that it's not 'one size fits all'. I have an MY97 import with a large floppy lump of rubber round the gear stick that I'd love to replace. The surround I have just falls through the orifice where the rubber lump fits.

So, a consideration should be, how many different sizes are there and what's available?

 

Also if this could be organised through the supplier would it be possible to get something etched on the surface say Sti or WRX etc ?

 

Definately interested in one for my MY03 WRX...

Those Richbrook ones look really cheap in photos - do they look OK in the flesh? Would really like something of comparable quality to the Subaru item...
