excellent, thats the first set covered in 30 minutes!!!!! I'll hold on untill the end of the week and see how many we are up to then put an order in!! Also it will give me a chance to convert the drawings i have into CAD (if required). What formats would you like the templates sent to you in???

Would anyone want some stickers aswell?? I spoke to some people about some prodrive ones for my boot lid and they came out pretty cheap as long as they were only 1 colour. I can't see why they couldn't do others.
maybe:-
Prodrive
WRX
STI
IMPREZA
SWRT swoosh

I would like to join in but I need assurance that this will really be Kaylan.
I've been supplied with "Kaylan" before, only to find its a softer stuff that tears after a few months.
the link shows Kaylan but also some cheaper stuff above it fro about the GB price.
Can you confirm that it is the real stuff before I commit.

Butty, tony,
I am buying the Kaylan from www.plastics4performance.co.uk, and have specifically asked for 3mm Kaylan (Tarmac spec) as show on the website (£68 for the blank flap set only). This GB is not for the cheap £35 stuff shown. The sizes of blanks sold on the site are not actually large enough for the sets of templates i have as the front flaps extend well into the wheel arch. I have messed around with the postioning of the templates to "jigsaw" them together as much as possible so that there is as least waste as possible.
I hope that helps.

Getting a bit twitchy at the price?
They're being sold as Kaylan and I've asked for additional assurance which has been given.
I'm either going to be very happy or VERY ANNOYED when they turn up.

Not twitchy at all Nick, Ive been buying Kaylan for many years and I know for a fact that it cant be supplied at this price, particularly with ali brackets. If someones selling old stock then fair enough but sheets made to order are rather more expensive than this!

Would highly recommend getting a sample in before you order in quantity.
Dont take this the wront way - just wanted to add some experience.

Thanks Neil,
I would also like to point out that I am not trying to **** on anyones strawberries here, but I have seen cheap material being sold as Kaylan so many times and it is damaging to the product name IMO.

Looks like they have changed their webpage. The competition mudflaps now no longer state that it is Kaylan. Whats the deal here ?
If they now say its not Kaylan after originally stating that it was, count me out, sorry.

Scotts correct - at £45 its unlikley to be the product KD Engineering produce and sell as "Kaylan" material - we've been buying this stuff for almost 2 years now from KD Engineering and they provide 2 forms 1 being the expensive Kaylan (£90 + plus VAT per set) and a cheaper flimsier variety at around half this, which we choose not to sell.
Would highly recommend getting a sample in before you order in quantity.

could you clear up some questions for everyone thats getting twitchy please.
Could you explain what the two types are?
Are you talking about 3mm and 5mm thickness's?
What size sheet are you getting one set out of ? is it the 1550mm x 610mm x 5mm.
Thanks for any help
