Any benefit in having a 12mm over a 10 or 11?

No straight answer to that.

All depends. Car usage. Rod and Main bearing clearences. Oil type etc.

Furry muff! My car is a 1997 UK T2000 which is mildly tuned with a TD05, 440s, FMIC, ESL (inc AL and launch), Blitz Nur Spec, decat up and down pipes etc. only does about 49 miles per year though lol. I have to pull the lump for a separator plate replacement and rear crank seal so was thinking of a new pump whilst it is out.
