When you say side mounts and rails are they ready to fit into a subaru?

 

I was hoping that would be the case but in appears you need to make up some bars/plates that mount to the existing bolt locations that you can then mount the seats onto. That's putting me off the seats just now.

 

If thats the case group buy on rails? Or do we diy it hmm

 

If someone can make the plates for me (i'll pay you) then i'll put my name down for a pair.

Aye ok then it might not be that hard to do.

 

As said, yes it needs a bar with holes drilled to line up as the subaru bolts apear to be wider, but the seats come ready to fit in a car that lines up lol.
Check the other thread linked in post 1 where rob84 has done the same in his hatch.

Still awaiting on matt to get back to me regarding payment process to get discount and delivery costs.
Replying is not matts strong point as proven but eventually gets back to me.

 

Busta have you tried getting a contact number for matt as it may make the process abit easier... Now he knows were serious and all he maybe willing to pass one on....

Fingers crossed on the delivery costs, that would be the icing on the cake if we get that for free also.... Just need matt to get into gear now as we pretty much have the 10 people just need him to sort out the payment method.

 

Yeah, I'll chase that up, shouldn't be a problem phoning, I was just being patient with him lol.
But yeah we've more or less got 10 now so we need to start arranging to pay and get these on preorder so we don't miss out.

What's the crack with the ordering of the seats , have you got as far as that at this point busta? I.e a code to enter when ordering or a quite to give over the phone ? no real hurry just wondering that's all lol

 

Think busta is gonna try make phone contact with them tomoro as matt seems to like to take his time via email ...lol

Yeah, sorry guys, matt has not yet got back to me which is no surprise, I suspect he's a busy man. I havnt had chance to phone him yet (I'd do it now but looking after daughter and she'll just shout and make noises and just be a nuisance)
I'll definatlly give him a bell tmr after work.

 

Right guys, I've spoken to Matthew (seems a decent chap I might add)

He's said, for 10 pair orders the delivery will be £10 instead of the normal £20
But if we make it to 15 pair orders then he'll do free delivery.

I belive we have 11 so far so if we can make 4 more then we can go ahead.
What do you think guys. Pay the £10 delivery now or wait a few days to get it upto 15?

The seats are all there, they just need to take a day or two out in their busy schedule and assemble them and quality control etc etc.
He said 100% can garuntee before Xmas delivery.

Once we have the complete list confirmed, then I'll send that to him and then his contact details will be posted to make payment over phone as he will have to manually apply discount. (He wanted me to collect money, but I don't want responsibility of folks money) so this payment method was advised and he can check against list to confirm.

So what do you say guys?
