Default advice on this car im looking at buying please

Hi I know there is a lot of people on this forum with a lot more knowledge than me so i wondered if I could get your opinions on the Subaru im looking at buying. any thoughts welcome.

So the car im looking at is a 2003 Subaru wrx v limited running 356 bhp at 1.4 bar. 9which I believe is safe as its a jdm therefore it has stronger internals.

It also has the following tasteful modifications:
Td05 18g turbo,
Front mount intercooler,
Walbro fuel pump,
Japspeed oil cooler,
Japspeed air intake system - with custom cold air feed,
Full decat exhaust system,
HARVEY SMITH PORTED AND WRAPPED HEADERS WITH SPECIAL UP PIPE,
HKS SSQ OFF VALVE,
Flamer kit - switch on dash creates flames when rolling off throttle,
LATERAL PERFORMANCE INJECTORS,
RACE DYNAMIX remap,
Speed camera detector system,
Turbo timer,
Bc racing coilovers full adjustable (camber etc),
Horizon tracker.
Race light weight rims
Also has had a full sound system upgrade by alpine and a thatcham cat 1 Clifford alarm system with 2 fobs.
55k on the clock

any thoughts? Im impressed. Is there anything that I should be concerned about being an import.

I'd say that is a good enough reason to remove it ,gives the marque an already declining good name.

haha I just read that. I think all the other mods carried out do it justice though. The flame kit isn't to my taste either.
