alright guys had garage on the phone after checking the car out been on dyno and it is only kicking out 142 at 4500rpmthen drops off with no boost after it. they are saying its running lean and the problem is the up-pipe.does this sound like the problem guys?

 

Sounds like your up pipe is leaking big time. So as above get it checked, may be split or blowing at gasket. Don't drive it unless you have to. Absolutely no boost. Get oem gaskets. Can look at the fuel pump after.

Personally I would take car to nearest Subaru specialist,he should be easy pinpoint where or what can cause this

What Up pipe are you running ro what other mods are you running?

Second bit, I would check pipes if there is not leak,lots of other bits I would check like dump valve if its not stuck or even inlet pipe if its not leaking,usually standard inlet pipes can leak and they can crack or even aftermarket those cheap can shut under heavier boost etc
