I've got a M reg STI which seems to be in limp mode only revs to 2500 rpm each gear, it started when I was overtaking and seemed to just lose all boost pulled over and found a vacuum hose had popped off replaced hose still didn't fix the issue have now replaced all vacuum hoses and reset ECU but problem still there, gets to 2500 rpm and sounds like it's miss firing is that limp mode and is there any ideas on sorting it ??

 

Does the speedo still work ok? Limp mode is £4k ish iirc

 

Yer speedo is working fine seems there is still a bit of boost there but gets to 2500 rpm and is fully restricted :/ ahh right it's a way off limp mode then

 

All sorted now ended up being a tiny crack in one of my intercooler pipe
