I know this is a bunch of stupid questions, I have a crack in the collector of my Lateral performance headers, already had them repaired before and now they are leaking bad. Dont really want to waste £600 on another set. Just don't have that sort of funds. (As i am going to be a daddy)

So the question i have if can i put my standard stock headers back on without a remap? I am only running 400bhp.

Is it worth getting them ported and polished?

Is anyone running over 400bhp on them? If so what sort of tourque figures also?

I would speak with John@Braveheart_sti(Braveheart Developments),he can port yours OE existing headers and you can have great headers which should be OK for yours needs and they shouldn't be yours limiting factor,unless you want to go above 450bhp

Few guys has run on OE ported headers high 400bhp,speak with John,he have good result on OE ported headers

You will need at least tweak for headers and you should or can gain on spool up with those headers,if yours blow

And I would send too yours Lateral Performance headers too to the John,he can repair them and you can have two pair of headers

we supply 'Harvey Smith' ported headers as well as supplying GT2 Spec headers at far less than £600!! and can match either/both with 'Trick' up-pipes also................
