Hoping someone can point me in the right direction with this one.
I have a 98 classic with the phase 1.5 manifold. I've recently purchased a 2.1 stroker engine with phase 2 heads, plan was to fit my heads to this engine and drop it in but I've come across some Carl davey adapters which allow me to fit my manifold to these heads therefor no need to strip a perfectly good engine down
Only thing is on his website it says there is a slight modification needed on the manifold having to extend something by 12-14mm
Now does anyone know what this means exactly and where I could get it done?
I'm in Worcestershire near midlands so if anyone knows someone local to me that would be great

we now manufacture & supply all Carl Davey Designs products and generally can assist if you wanted to send your manifold to us.............
basically there is a difference in length between the two types
