having a few probs with the car atm, the fan blower in the car has become intermitent, the relay clicks everytime the heater slides from 0-4 but only say 1 in 10 does the blower work, the blower sounds and works perfect once running, is there any other components other than the motor or relay that it could be

Might be the contacts on the switch.

 

Could be the brushes on the motor.

 

when i get 5 ill run a feed straight to motor to see guys. could be relay intermittent which ill check too
