Default Coolant level

Sorry for sounding like a complete newbie but ive been told a few different things.
Which cap should I be looking at for a definitive answer on coolant level as I looked in the metal header, plastic one next to the rad and the rad cap.all obviously look slightly different levels so I want to know which is going to tell me if I'm low or not.
I'm sure its fine as it was only flushed and filled in December but like to check regularly.
Cheers

I can see stuff in the rad but expansion tank looks pretty low to be fair.i moved it onto flat ground but had been parked on a fairly steep hill over night (facing uphill) would this maybe make it give a false reading somehow?

the metal header tank should be full when cold (up to the bottom of the neck line)

same goes for the rad

the expansion bottle next to the rad should just have a little in the bottom when cold-as said it does have a min/max mark but its not easy to see
