Default lightened flywheel problems???

Hi guys,

Just had a new engine fitted to my 2002 bugeye wrx, runs great and all seems ok apart from it feels a little lumpy when idling, and when the rev are around the 1k-1.5k mark it becomes more noticeable, the only thing I can see it being is an unbalanced flywheel?

Its not bothering me but would it do any damage over time?

Cheers

Aaron

" a little lumpy when idling" could be a number of things, a misfire, tight valve clearances, maf, air leak etc etc.
what failed on the old engine ?
