Any one know how to dismantle. Need to remove the mirror and mechanism so I can get it painted

 

Never taken one off but is it not just a case of removing the small interior triangular plastic trim (it should prise off) which should give access to the fixtures holding the mirror on? I'm not sure if the door card has to be removed or not but I don't think so.
