Hi guys,

I have a 2002 bugeye wrx, I have had her nearly a year now and yesterday the bottom end seized up.. so the plan is to build or get someone to build a bottom end.

I had my fiesta rebuilt so I have an idea what I want.

Engine spec, at minimum:-

STI or race bearing
HD bolts
Uprated head gaskets

Then my second option would be forged rods and piston?

Whats everyones opinions?

Oh and is there any difference between the STI crank and WRX crank? Weight etc?
