evening all,
just wondering if anyone knows or ccan tell me how to find out what rating the alternator is on my 2010 impreza 1.5, as ive had a few times recently that its took a bit to fire up probably because im running a sub/amp and xbox 360 at times but ive also had the low battery warning come on on my inverter while the engines running so i suspect the alternator is in need of an upgrade - or my battery is dying maybe,

any ideas ?

will likely be looking at a split charge system in the future as im going to be majorly going for the whole ICE kit

 

 

im serious, unfortunatly the 1.5 is the only subaru i can afford to run currently, but im not in it for performance, im more into the car audio/entertainment side

 

Scoob dealer will have the specs of the alternator.

I'm not convinced if you need an upgrade, I reckon the alternator will be pretty standard across the range, but I could be wrong.

If you have a PROPER car electrics place nearby, get the battery and alternator checked out.
