Default aftermarket rear lambda for new age?

Are there any aftermarket lambda sensors that work with new age (2001-2006 cars)? Mine snapped

I think the readings have been disabled in ecutek, but the ECU still wants to see some kind of sensor, it seems (to stop the CEL).
