stud pattern help please

What is my wheel stud pattern 2001 bugeye
Is it 5x100 or 5x114

my set off alloys im selling soon ive noticed today where the stud holes are
by one of the holes its stamped 5x114 as these come of my bugeye
is it poss that both size stud pattern would fit im confused I thought
mine was 5x100 but wanted to be sure is there a best way to measure
stud pattern
