Hi,
Have just bought a blobeye WRX, with a full decat 3" exhaust system. I have a 4 month old baby so need to make it quieter, how can I go about this with out lowering the performance and as easy as possible?

either fit a bung whist the baby is onboard and drive off boost, or have a silencer fitted,
what exhaust brand do you have? has the vehicle been mapped for the exhaust?

 

Not 100% on what the make is apart from the downpipe I know is Hayward and Scott. It has been mapped since the exhaust was fitted as it has quite a bit done to it, turbo, injectors etc.

I know this is very anti performance but I put sound deadening in mine and kept a decat exhaust. That way my little one still sleeps and I still get the smile when i open the window when I want to

 

Have you tried baby in car because the rumble used to put my daughter to sleep.

Now she is three and loves the noise and chatter. Keep getting "Faster daddy..... but not too fast or the policeman will tell you off."
