Default '02 Sti not ran for several years.....

Hi all, a quick noob question. I may be looking to purchase a very clean, low mileage bug eye wrx sti from a friend of mine, the car has not been moved or even started up for approx 5 years. It has been kept in a clean, dry garage. I'm a tech anyways so I'm up to speed with the basics (new timing belt, oil bores, turn by hand etc..) but is there any areas/issues/problems I may run into specific to scoobys that may be exaggerated by this being stood up for such a long time. I'm keen to get it running as it's a mint sub 20k mileage car.

Thanks, Nick.

Biggest issue may be that the lubricants need changing, I would see if you can dry crank the engine also to ensure the oil gets round the engine before starting it for the first time (or has it been run whilst in situ?).
The fuel will be bad and need to be changed, it has a life of about 6 months and the cambelt will be due to be changed (check the tyres also for age related cracks etc).
Plan for a major service which I would get done soonest tbh.

disconnect the crank sensor and crank it over on the battery if turning by hand is too much effort:
