Default Rear diff

Evening all!

I have a 2005 blobeye wrx. I needed a new rear differential which i bought from scoobyspares but unfortunately in about 100 miles its failed. I'll speak to Scott in the morning and I'm sure he won't have an issue sorting it.

My question is where and how much is it to get a rear differential refurbished opposed to just getting another second hand one?

Thanks!!

I broke down and some muppet pulled the car onto the loader by the rear drop link rather than the towing eye! It bent all the suspension in that corner, the driveshaft and damaged the seating in the rear differential. I changed all components that were effected, bushes changed both sides to compensate for uneven wear, full geometry set up so all pointing in the right direction. Had the car on the road less than 2 weeks with the second hand one on and full boost in 2nd yesterday was enough for it to give up the ghost.....
