Default Phelonic spacers/header tank spacers

Having my inlet manifold removed soon to be swapped over for a nicely powdercoated one and was wondering if either of the 2 items in the title are worth fitting at the same time

V4 Type R road use only no track/airfield days

TIA
Paul

Heat management is always worthwhile, Paul.

I've got manifold spacers to go on mine, and will be adding header tank spacers.

Cheers micky ..did you get any specific ones as I think i've seen some that come with gaskets, some that don't (or don't need them).
