Default 2013 sti mod help

Im getting a new sti here pretty soon and was wondering what mods to start out with, I would like to keep total cost of everything here and in the future under $4k. To maximize performance mainly, where would you start?

Not sure what warrenty you get with SoA but wouldn't any performance mods invalidate it?

Good start would be decat and remap for power then have a look at suspension upgrades to get that power to where it's needed but since you're in the good old US of A possibly asking on NASIOC may be more helpful (although you do get quite a few people on there who are quite arsey)
