Default White/Blue smoke!

I've noticed a little puff of white/blue smoke today when I was flushing and changing my coolant. The car was idling/fast idling for about 20-30 minutes with the odd rev here and there to move the water around the system at normal operating temperature.

Is this likely to be the turbo seals? It's a 97 Turbo 2000 with 102k on the clock. The engine only has 1k from being rebuilt.

The puff only happens when I give it a rev and the turbo is giving a little boost out. No smoke on idle.

Well, no smoke that I've noticed at idle!

What happens when the car has been on a run and then left to idle.

I'll have to report back on that one. I'll do it once I get home from work. Thanks!
