Default exhaust question

Could any one tell me if a hawkeye downpipe is the same fitment as a classic.

The reason being I have the chance of getting a very nice sounding hawkeye turbo back system but i'm not sure if would fit my classic sti.

The downpipe has a bung in the top of the pipe for the o2 sensor but the hawk sensor is fitted under the car in the bottom of the pipe which makes me think the front pipe at least may be universal.

Any info would be a big help.

I'm still looking for a reply to this question. I have the hawkeye system but still haven't got round to trying to fit it, however i will be trying sometime this week.

The info i have found seems to point to it fitting apart from one hanger on the back box.

If it's a complete system then yes it will fit. Full system as in turbo back right through.

I don't think a hawk down pipe will mate to a classic system as I believe they have differing lengths iirc, but the full system as said will fit bar the hanger at the rear as mentioned.
