Default Engine swap advice.. Please

Can I swap a uk2000 turbo engine with 3 plug apexi standalone that was mapped for the engine..

Into my v4 wrx sti?

Is it a case of swapping the ecu over and the engine and then get it remapped?

And would the loom need changing? The uk engine has the coil pack in the middle of the inlet which is exactly the sane as mine,,so the loom should be same then?

Any help as I'm looking to buy this if its easy swap over as dong wanna mess the guy around as I can hear the engine running before it gets stripped

Yes you can and the loom is pretty much the same with regards ecu, in that as long as it's a 3 plug then it should be ok, it shouldn't need mapping as long as turbo and any supporting mods are the same or very similar, but it would be a wise move to have it checked.
