Just wondering, how much have you looked into mapping as i had to go down the simtek/alcatek aftermarket ecu as AFAIK the 99 uk awd doesnt have a flashable ecu like mine

If ots been decatted without a map its likely to be overboosting and running lean so id get it mapped asap or you will break the bank when it pops.
No need for a fmic at your power and bin the dump valve and out tge recirc one on. Or it will give zero power and loads of problems

I forgot to mention it already has been mapped previously as I have a receipt for it and dates match up for when the work was done I would say its running well as my mpg is 30-35 mixed driving
Could anyone recommend a good recirc valve

The standard d/v is fine, or try a Forge aftermarket one if you must.

The 13 psi you state sounds about right for standard.
