rattly brakes fix??
Alright chaps I posted a thread recently about my brakes well its driving me crazy now ever since changing my discs and pads the pads clonk when I press the brakes going slow fwd or when reversing has anyone been able to fix this problem in the past ive tried bending the retaining clip to try stop the pads moving as much but it hasn't really helped any suggestions ??

Contact Ian at godspeed brakes and tell him your issue,im pretty sure he will do some sort of anti rattle shim to sort it,or at least point you in the right direction if not.
ye sounds like a clicky clonk are fine going fwd normally just clonk when driving really slow like 2-5mph or reversing with the wheels off you can wobble the pads with your hands if that makes sense just seems like the pads are loose
ye will try pm'ing him I brought the discs and pads from him so they aren't cheap rubbish lol

I had this problem and it was fixed in couple of minutes.
Turns out the retaining clips were upside down and causing the pad to move when applying the brake.
Make sure the bit that sticks out is at the top. Check online for photos!!
