Bad Idleing when cold

Got a classic turbo 2000 when it's cold revs are going from just over 1000 revs too 2000 revs up and down till it warms up anyone got any idea why thanks mark

Sounds like your idle control valve needs taking off and cleaning out this should smooth out the idle.
