Will 95 Heads bolt onto Bugeye block

Will 95 Heads bolt onto Bugeye block
The bottom ends gone on my V2 STI, I've found a decent looking forged bottom end from a Bugeye which has a cracked head. Will my Heads & Inlet Manifold bolt straight on? Thanks in advance.
