Only joking, nah one road I don't want to go down is making the car more uncomfortable as it's a daily driver, considering adding more deadening so may actually be gaining weight!

gearbox and engine rebuild then. get rid of the sports cat and put a full decat and map tweek to suit and thats about it (prob 330-340 ish), anymore and your gonna have to change the turbo again pushing the safe limit.

Why would I need a rebuild? Surely bigger injectors would be the first place to start?

whats the point in putting big injectors in if your piston ****s off towards the pavement?

your at the limit of the engine mate, yes you can push it further but you'll more than likely blow it up.

On a UK turbo I would leave it at that. May be change down pipe to remove cat for few bhp more at top end. Unless you going to rebuild forge and then have gearbox issues I would leave alone. You would have more fun with a brake upgrade and maybe an anti lift kit. Leave the power as it is- you will regret going any further and ruin the bottom end drivability.

+1 for what ade says, i was run 350hp with my vf35 good fun car, but always fancied 400hp so £2000 gearbox £850 md321H £350/740 inj, (engine already built) and to tell the truth i could use the car better at 350

I shall leave her alone then. Wouldn't some headers improve the spool?

Agree with above - ported standard headers and up pipe can improve spool, but your turbo not exactly laggy. However if you desperate to do more mods then yes will make very small difference, make sure your wrap them well or get them coated. Also wrap the exhaust side of your turbo in heat blanket and the first section of the down pipe. I would also get an sti 7 / 8 newage intercooler - is a pain to fit but worth it. Apart from that I would leave it. However as I have done all of the above - if I knew now the small differences that it makes then I would not have bothered. Is a lot of hassle for not very much gain. I still think that anti lift kit and better brakes is a better move. Good luck though with whatever you decied to do mate.

650cc injectors?
or FPR to max out injectors (get mapped after) or as well as 650cc?
Equal headers?
3" Down Pipe?
Pace ChargeCooler (more dense the air = more power - but the pace IC are expensive)
or
FMIC (can cause lag but on mine goes like hell, if your near Macclesfield let me know)
