Default Boost gauge hesitation/misfire question

Hi all, i still have my missfire and hesitation whilst on w.o.t?
My boost gauge on tick over is reading minus 9 to minus 10,,is this correct or is it indicating aa boost leak as i have read on here that it should be minus 18 ish?

Forgot to add my gauge only goes to minus 15

do you mean -10 is normal or no one knows??lol

Update: turned out i had 2 air leaks on the connecting pipes under the tmic.
