Default Fitting a Radiator Cooling Panel

I have an RCM cooling panel for my 2006 Hawkeye STI and was just wondering if you need to get access to the underside of the car to support the radiator as the support brackets need to be un bolted to fit the panel.

I have the plastic panel underneath the engine bay on mine so wont be a 5 minute job if I have to get underneath.

Any advice would be great
