Ive sources a TD05 16g, walbro fuel pump and centre decat for my classic my99 uk turbo but do I need an sti intercooler for 320-330bhp?

What power am I looking at with the basic above mods as I'm finding its a where do I stop scenario with modding, might add in the 3 port boost solenoid though.

 

Standard TMIC will top out at about the 300mark max.

FMIC or STi8 TMIC or even a Hyperflow TMIC (like I have) will get you more power.
