Wink FMIC- Recirc DV question

Hi Folks

I'm planning on getting a FMIC in the near future and ideally want to keep the OE Re-circ dumpvalve. After a bit of research I got in touch with Dawn to source one of Harvey's adaptor plates. However there was only classic fitments left.

Question is, could I just get a second had OE re-circ valve from a classic and run it on my blobeye? I can't find anyone/anywhere else that make these adaptor plates.

Cheers for any advise

Harvey (God rest his soul) sold me one for my new age and it is still sitting in my garage and never been fitted as I made a DIY one. Also the viper pipe they supply is not the right one for a re serc you need to order a 90 degree silicon pipe. Is yours a new age?

Hi mate. Yep I have blobeye (2003) with a standard blob DV but could only get an adaptor plate for a classic. So wondered if I just bought a classic DV as well if would all work ok?

I didn't get any viper pipe? Literally just the adaptor plate?

Fancy selling me your newage adaptor plate and I can just sell this classic one on to someone else?

Cheers.

Stuart

The DV on mine sits roughly where it did, and feeds back into the inlet pipework, just before the throttle.
You need that piece of pipework, that's all.
