Classic engine in a Newage
Just wondered if anyone has done this on here.
I have got a forged classic engine and wondered if it will fit the newage. I no that the inlets are different just wondered if i use everything from the newage including pulleys etc will it work?

Are there more bellhousing bolts on a new age engine ???
Also may run into problems with coils too as new age are coil on plug and believe they won't sit inside early heads
Could be wrong tho

You cant use classic heads as it wont match with newage manifold. If you want to take advantage of the forged block then you may have to go through hard way of bolting newage heads to it.

Great stuff thanks for the info guys. I am going to go down the route of using the forged bottom end and using some ver5 heads and this should marry up with the newage inlet manifold. I will use all the cam and crank sensors from the newage engine and hopefully it will be all up and running with any luck.
