Default clutch replacement in ipswich suffolk area

hi all
my clutch started slipping so ive bought myself an replacement and wondered if any of you know of a decent someone or somewhere to get it fitted .im in ipswich , suffolk

yep thats me . im in the chantry area m8 . there was another exaclty the same as mine in whitehouse but he sold his about 2 weeks after i got mine lol .

Looks nice mate, sorry I can't help with clutch, mine was done before I got mine, I do need a gearbox I think tho :S, depending the garage you use labour will varry. Some places will take the rad out, lift the engine to get to the clutch, others will have to take the intercooler off if topmount, front driveshafts, propshaft, exhaust, gearbox brace and the gearbox.

i have had a quote from a mates mate who has his own garage and he said he would fit it for £225 which i dont think is bad , or is it

Don't think that's too bad if you're supplying it.

I had a quote the other day for £250 fitting with supplying my own clutch.

£225 isn't bad tbh. I am having mine done next week and my local garage has quoted me £200 but they are also replacing my rocker cover gaskets, wrapping my down pipe, sorting out an exhaust leak and changing my power steering pump
