Default Reverse inlet clearance issues

In the process of reversing my inlet manifold on a V5. Hava a 57mm inlet turbo and struggling to get intake pipe to meet shroud. Can only think that I will have to raise the manifold by around 20mm ( can't find such spacers ), which then makes for clearance problems with bonnet and throttle body.....ideas from those that have had similar issues please.

Drew, did you have any clearance issues with the throttle body on the bonnet with the 20mm spacers? i.e. did you have to cut out some of the supports? Also I'm running standard position 57mm intake turbo an am struggling with clearance to get intake pipe in situ, will that 20mm make all the difference?
